Gaga Classes | TANZWERKSTATT EUROPA Munich
Gaga Classes with Smadar Goshen at TWE Munich
Gaga is an innovative movement language developed by renowned choreographer Ohad Naharin over many years alongside his work as an internationally acclaimed choreographer. Gaga classes awaken the body through a deep activation of physical sensations, creating a space to explore and strengthen the body while improving flexibility, stamina, agility, coordination, and efficiency. Guided by layered movement tasks, participants reconnect with neglected areas of the body, become more aware of habitual movement patterns, and discover greater ease and freedom in motion. At the heart of the practice is the invitation to experience the joy of movement—even in moments of physical challenge.
Gaga/People is open to everyone aged +16 , regardless of previous dance or movement experience. No dance background is required. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to move barefoot or in socks.
Gaga/Dancers classes are open to dancers and advanced dance students ages 16+.
